- Eligible customers can book the appointment to get their Niyo Zero Forex Card in 24 hours.
- There will be a face to face biometric based account opening within 24 hrs of appointment booking which is currently available in 8 Niyo express cities.: Delhi NCR (Delhi, NOIDA, Ghaziabad, Faridabad & Gurgaon), Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad
- If the customer is not in the mentioned 8 Niyo Express cities then he/ she has to do video KYC to get his/her Niyo Global Card.

Process to Enroll the Vi Niyo Zero Forex Card:
- Once the user clicks the link given below, user will be redirected to the co-branded Vi Niyo page hosted on Niyo website
- On this page, the user can book an appointment to get Niyo Zero Forex Card within 24 hours.
- User has to enter his/ her Name and Pincode
- Pincode Serviceability check:
- System checks if the Pincode is serviceable for doorstep card delivery
- If serviceable, proceed with the mobile verification
- If not serviceable, User will be asked to download the Niyo App for DIY (Do it Yourself) onboarding
- System checks if the Pincode is serviceable for doorstep card delivery
- If Pincode Serviceable: Need to follow below 7 Steps
- Step 1: Mobile Verification: Need to verify the mobile number through OTP validation
- Step 2: Email Verification: Verify Email ID using OTP
- Step 3: PAN Verification: Share PAN information, system validated PAN (mandatory requirement for KYC)
- Step4: Address Capture for Appointment Booking: Enter Address details where the KYC agent should visit, Screen also informs the users about documents required for KYC (PAN, Valid Passport, Aadhar)
- Step5: Appointment Confirmation: User receives confirmation of the appointment on the same screen, KYC executives will visit the provided on the selected date/time
- Step6: Agent Visit & KYC Completion: Post appointment booking, a Niyo agent is assigned and visit user’s address. Agent completes Full KYC in person
- Step7: User receives the Niyo Zero Forex Card within 24 Hours.
