The bank details submitted by you can be edited any time from our Vi App or Vi website. IFSC stands for ‘Indian Financial System Code’. It is an 11-digit, alpha-numeric code designed to identify bank branches in India. The beneficiary customer can obtain the IFSC from his/her bank branch. The IFSC is also available on the cheque leaf.
In case if the NEFT / UPI transaction fails we will intimate you on your registered email if available in our records and alternatively we will be provide your refund amount by cheque within 20 days of transaction failure. The cheque shall be dispatched to you at your registered address as per our records.

No. Your number which is in prepaid network will not be allowed for registration. However, if you have migrated from post-paid to prepaid network within last 36 months you can register NEFT / UPI for refund.

If your number is active with Vi, OTP will be sent on your active number and also on your email id registered with us
If your number is suspended or deactivated then OTP will be sent on email Id registered with us.
If your number is deactivated as you have Port Out or moved from a Postpaid connection to prepaid connection OTP will be sent on you mobile number and on email Id registered with us.
In absence of email id or incorrect email id the OTP will not be sent. Refund if any will be processed via cheque or prepaid balance transfer if your number is migrated from post-paid to prepaid.
