House allotment Letter issued to Employee along with Company ID card of the Ltd Firm

From Private & Govt organisation with Residential address mentioned on it. Along with Company ID card only LTD companies

Tibetan/Nepalese/Bhutanese citizens driving license issued by the local government with residence address

International Driving License for POI or Signature proof

Along with Passport & Visa for Foreign National

Tibetan/Nepalese/Bhutanese citizens driving license issued by the local government with residence address

Caste and Domicile Certificate with photo issued by State Govt. like Assam and other states.
