1. Simex Access Issue

A: Please provide the SIMEX access in CPOS first for such retailers and do the SIMEX in Smart Connect App

 

2. Getting error message as 'You are not authorized to perform Activation" during Activation

A: User need to check with circle team for whitelisting and do registration again.

 

3. Getting error message as 'Invalid value for fType' during EKYC Activation

A: Agent RD service is not updated.Please update respective RD service as per device through Play Store.

 

4. OTP not coming in POS Auth

A: Please click on the 'send otp' button if the esisting timer get over. The App will again send OTP to the agent for POS authentication

 

5. Getting error"Hi, you are not authorized to perform provisioning activities outside your defined circle/LSA.Kindly connect with your Vi company representative for details".
