Steps to activate IR pack on Android Mobiles

Step 1: Download Vi™ app using Google Play

Step 2: Sign in using your 10-digit mobile number

Step 3: Navigate to the main menu >> Roaming >> International Roaming

Step 4: Select the country of destination

Step 5: Choose a relevant IR pack

Manual Activation (If you are unable to use IR post purchase)

· Select Vi™ Services from the SIM menu

· Select International Roaming

· Select International. > Allow SIM action? > Select Yes

· The phone will restart and select the international network manually

                                      OR

•  Ensure that in your mobile device, the 'Preferred Network' type is set to GSM/WCDMA/LTE

•  If the device does not register automatically then turn off  'Automatic' and select 'Available network'
