To check your data balance:

• Prepaid Users:

1. Download the latest version of the Vi App and login using your Vi prepaid number
2. On the App homepage, your current active plan is displayed with available data balance
3. Click on “pack details” for more information

• Postpaid Users:

1. Go to the Vi App and login using your Vi postpaid number
2. From the App homepage click on “active plans & services
3. You can see the total plan data and additional data displayed
4. Here the data left in your plan is also mentioned

2) Via USSD Codes:

Alternatively, users can also dial the code "*199*1*2#" for checking details such as remaining pack data balance, talktime/SMS balance, etc.
