    I want to deactivate international roaming service/packs

     

    1) To deactivate your international roaming service/pack, please download the Vi Appand deactivate the same by going to Main Menu >> Active packs and services >> Packs/Services.

     

    2) To deacivate your international roaming service, you need to send a message CAN IR to 199 toll free.
