As soon as you recharge, you are eligible to access PW Pi Pro. Please visit https://www.pw.live and login with your mobile number to start learning. You may access all content via PW website, or on PW Android App.
Do I need to buy a new Vi SIM to access PW Pi Pro?
If you are an existing Vi customer, you can simply recharge with Vi Edu+ pack and get access to PW Pi Pro subscription along with unlimited data and calls for 28 days.
If you are not a Vi customer, please buy a new Vi SIM, or port-in your mobile number to recharge with Vi Edu+ pack.
I use iPhone - can I access PW Pi Pro content from PW App?
PW Pi Pro content will be available soon in PW iPhone App. However, you may access all content via PW website https://www.pw.live.
Can I get PW Pi Pro subscription with my Vi Postpaid number?
As of now, Vi Edu+ pack is available only for prepaid customers of Rajasthan and UP East circles.
Can I recharge my 2G phone with Vi Edu+ pack and access PW Pi Pro content?
You will not be able to access PW App in your 2G phone. However, you may access all content via PW website https://www.pw.live.
Vi Edu+ recharge also gives unlimited data that you can only use in a 4G/5G handset.
I am not a UP East customer, but I live in Lucknow - can I recharge with Vi Edu+ pack?
Currently this offer is exclusive for UP East customers only. You may buy a new Vi SIM or port-in your existing SIM to UP East circle.
If I port out to other operator while my Vi Edu+ pack is still active, would I be able to access PW Pi Pro content?
If you port-out, you will lose Vi Edu+ pack’s unlimited data and calls immediately. However, you will still be able to access PW Pi Pro content till end of pack validity.
Do I need to recharge with this plan every month, or with one recharge, will I get PW Pi Pro access for lifetime?
Validity of PW PI Pro subscription with Vi Edu+ pack is 28 days. You will need to recharge every month to continue access to PW Pi Pro.
What if I have PW Pi Pro subscription already and buy the Vi Edu+ pack?
Your existing PW Pi Pro subscription validity will increase by 28 days from the Vi Edu+ pack.
What if I recharge with Vi Edu + pack when I am active on another Unlimited pack?
Your PW Pi Pro subscription will start immediately. Unlimited pack validity will get added to your current validity.
How do I check how many days of validity I have left?
You can check your Vi Edu+ pack validity by logging onto Vi app.
How many people or devices can login with one PW Pi Pro subscription?
For PW Pi Pro subscription, 3 different devices can login using the same subscribed number. However, only 1 person can play video at a time.
What happens if I do multiple back-to-back Vi Edu+ recharges?
Your subscription validities will get added.
