terms of use

1. Limited eligibilty. Offer applies to Spotify Premium Individual plans only. Enjoy FREE trial of Spotify Premium Individual for 3 months after which you will be charged ₹139/ month (inc. of GST)

2. You will not be charged monthly subscription charges if you deactivate the service before expiry of the FREE trial . You can deactivate the service only during the last 15 days of the FREE trial.

3. Redeem your offer before XX November 2026. If you have already used Spotify Premium in the past then you won't be eligible for the FREE Trial.

4. To avail the Spotify service, You need to login to Vi App. 

  • User will login to the Vi App.
  • Access the Plan Benefits section
  • Click on CLAIM in the Spotify card
  • Click Activate Now and you will be redirected to the Spotify sign/login page
  • You need to login using your existing account or sign up and create a new account.
  • Once successful then you can launch Spotify App to enjoy the service.

5. You agree to and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions of Spotify Premium service and the other terms and conditions of Vi App and Spotify service.

6. The service will contain links to songs and other entertainment content. You acknowledge and agree that the service is additionally governed by the relevant application/site/ pubslisher/creator/developer terms of use, license agreement or such other agreement.

7. Devices and Operating System:  

  • This service can only be activated from Vi App.
  • The service will be available to both Android and iOS users
  • The service can be enjoyed on mobile and or smart TV
