Can I use 4g and Volte services whilst roaming
Yes you will be able to use the 4G and Volte services while roaming internationally, if your Sim Card and Devices support it. Also the network where you roam should support this technology.
I am unable to make ISD calls. How do I activate the ISD on my Vi Postpaid?
ISD is activated by default for Postpaid subscribers. However if you are unable to make ISD calls, just reach out to us on 199 and we will be help out immediately!
Which are the countries I can make calls to from my Vi Postpaid number?
You can call almost all countries from your Vi Postpaid number. To see the list of countries where you can call, click here
What is the charges of ISD service and calls?
There is no additional charge for activating ISD calls on your Vi Postpaid number. To know the applicable charges for the country you are calling, click here
What is the charging pulse of ISD calls?
ISD calls are charged at 60 second pulse so if you make a call for 150 seconds, you will be charged for 3 ISD minutes
I am on National roaming, will I be able to make ISD calls as same rate as my home location?
ISD service is available during national roaming and the applicable base rates are same as for calls made from home location
I have ISD pack/special tariff on my Postpaid, will I be able to make ISD calls at same rate from National roaming location?
ISD Discounted rates on your Vi Postpaid pack/plan are not applicable for voice calls made from national roaming location. You will be charged as per base rate for ISD calls made from national roaming location
Is the ISD rate of SMS same as voice call rates?
No, ISD SMS are charged at Rs 5/SMS
Is there any discounted tariff for ISD calling for postpaid?
