There is no exit fee for REDX to REDX migration. You are free to change from current REDX to new REDX 1201

It includes complimentary access to Netflix basic subscription worth Rs199 per month

You can log in to Vi App and go to claim benefits. You will be able to activate Netflix if it is available with your plan. Sign-up using registered Vi mobile number and log in to Netflix App using the same credentials.

You will continue to enjoy Netflix as long as you are active on Vi REDX 1201 Plan

Netflix is a Vi REDX exclusive benefit. If you change your plan, your Netflix account will go on hold unless you have another valid Netflix method of payment (for example: credit or debit card)  registered.

a. It is an Amazon Prime 6 months free trial subscription that auto-renews at the rate of Rs1499 per yeara.

b. The free 6 months trial is available only once to a subscriber. (across any plan)

c. The paid auto-renewal is a recurring service that will be renewed every year with the charges reflecting in Vi Postpaid bill unless it is cancelled.

d. It includes all the Prime benefits bundled by Amazon (Video, Music and Shopping).

You can log on to Vi App and go to claim benefits. You will be able to activate Amazon Prime if it is available with your plan. Sign-up using registered Vi mobile number and logon to Amazon Prime app using the same credentials.

a. Trial period is valid for 6 Months, from the date of first activation/claim of the benefit.

b. Paid period validity is 1 year (365 Days), from the date of latest renewal of the benefit.

You can claim Amazon Prime benefit only if it is a part of eligible benefits of your newly selected plan.

a. It is a complimentary 1 year Disney+ Hotstar Super subscription worth Rs899,

b. Subscription to Disney+ Hotstar Super allows you to enjoy all the content on Mobile, TV or Laptop, any 2 devices simultaneously in Full HD with Dolby 5.1 Sound.

You can log on to Vi App and go to claim benefits. You will be able to activate Disney+ Hotstar Super if it is available with your plan. Sign-up using registered Vi mobile number and logon to Disney+ Hotstar app using the same credentials.

Validity is 1 year (365 Days), from the date of activating/claiming the benefit.

You can claim Disney+ Hotstar Super benefit only if it is a part of eligible benefits of your newly selected plan.

a. It is a complimentary 12 month SonyLiv Premium (TV and mobile) subscription worth Rs999, available with REDX 1201 plan; wherein 1 month = 30 days.

b. This subscription works on any 2 devices simultaneously and allows you to create up to 5 profiles. 

You can log on to Vi App and go to claim benefits tile. You can activate SonyLiv Mobile if it is available in your plan. Sign-up using registered Vi mobile number and log on to SonyLIV mobile app using the same credentials.

Validity is 12 months wherein a month is counted as 30 Days (360 Days), from the date of activating/claiming the benefit.

You can claim SonyLIV if it is part of eligible benefits of your newly selected plan. Once changed, SonyLIV subscription will be paused from the end of the ongoing 30 days period. You can claim it again for free or as a paid subscription, depending on your new plan.

a. It is a complimentary 7 days International Roaming pack worth Rs2999

b. It is available for free only once every year.

You can log on to Vi App and go to claim benefits. You will be able to activate International Roaming benefit if it is available with your plan. Select the start date and activate.

a. If you have already claimed the free International Roaming benefit in the past 6 months it might result in an exit fee charge when leaving REDX.

b. If you have not claimed the free International Roaming benefit so far, you won’t be able to claim it after plan change unless you change to another REDX plan.

a. It is a complimentary access to Domestic and International Airport lounges.

b. The benefit can be availed up to 4 times (including 1 international) in a single year.

You can log on to Vi App and go to claim benefits. You will be able to access Lounge Access code.

This is a REDX exclusive. You won’t be able to claim it after plan change unless you change to another REDX plan.

It is a highest level customer support service for premium segment customers.

REDX gives you special calling rates to 14 countries. US & Canada @50p/min, China & HK @Rs.2/min, UK & Bangladesh @ Rs.3/min, Australia/ Bhutan/ Germany/ Kuwait/Malaysia/Pakistan/Singapore/Thailand @ Rs.5/min.

REDX offers truly Unlimited data. You will not be charged for any data usage till you are active on REDX.

REDX has an early exit fee applicable till 6 months of plan activation. This means that in case you change your plan or migrate to prepaid or disconnect your number or leave the Vi network within 6 months of activating REDX plan, you will be charged an early Exit Fee of Rs3000 (inclusive of taxes)

REDX offers you exclusive privileges worth over Rs20000 including 1 year of Disney+ Hotstar Super, 1 year of Sony LIV Premium, Airport Lounge Access, Complimentary International Roaming and more! And all these benefits are available to use from day 1. To make the most of REDX, we recommend that you stay on the plan for at least 6 months. In case you wish to move out of the plan within 6 months, you will be charged a token fee of Rs.3000 as early exit charges. But don’t worry! Our REDX customers are loving their experience and we are sure you will too! So an early exit may be out of question.

Plan Exit Fee will be charged in your postpaid bill under one-time charges section. It will appear as “Plan Exit Fee – REDX” in the bill
