How to Port SIM to Vi

What should you be ready with for SIM porting?

• Generate the 8-digit Unique Porting Code (UPC) and keep it ready with you.
• To receive your UPC, SMS PORT to 1900. The unique code is valid for 15 days. 
• Share the UPC with Vi executive at the time of SIM home delivery

Note: For J&K, NE, and Assam service areas, UPC is valid for 30 days.

Few Criteria Before you Request for MNP:

• You can request an MNP only if you have completed 90 days on the network of your existing connection and cleared all pending bills with the current service provider.
• Contractual obligations, if any, with existing network providers should be fulfilled before porting.
