Content from few partners like JioHotstar, ZEE5 can be played only on their platform, hence you are redirected outside the app to land on their platform to be able to play content. Redirection happens once you have taken a valid subscription plan for the Content.

For watching JioHotstar & ZEE5 content, you will need to download their partner app separately from ViMTV app. For content from the remaining 14+ OTT apps, there is no need to download individual partner apps. You can watch all content on Vi Movies & TV app itself, if you have a valid subscription on your Vi number.

When you click on third party content on our app, you will be able to play most of the content directly without going to any third party apps. You don’t have to enter credentials anywhere thus making your journey seamless! However, for some select content partners like JioHotstar, you can also log in directly to their apps- after purchasing the ViMTV subscription. In the case of recharging with the same MRP, the validity will be extended, and the new subscription will be added to the existing one. However, if you recharge with a different MRP, both subscriptions will run concurrently.

If you're active on the MRP 449 pack and recharge with MRP 979, both ViMTV subscriptions will run simultaneously.

If you're active on the MRP 449 pack and recharge with MRP 449, the new ViMTV subscription will begin once the current subscription expires.

We would love for you to enjoy our service, but should you choose to cancel the service, Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Vi App
2. Click on your plan
3. Scroll to the bottom of base plan page
4. Under Active Services, click on manage
5. Scroll down to find stop auto renewal button

You will have to clear off some space in the phone memory and then reinstall the application. Vi Movies and TV may need up to 50 MB free space.

Launch the Vi Movies and Tv app, click on the side menu and select Sign Out option at the bottom.

Launch the Vi Movies and TV app. You will find the watchlist/ bingelist option on the banners directly. For content in any of the rails/carousels you can click on the content and find the option on the next screen. All the content that you add to watchlist/ bingelist will be available on the side menu

No, if customer tries to open ViMTV app/ ViMTV section within the Vi app internationally will see a blocker screen as ViMTV can be accessed only within India

If your handset is not compatible you will not be able to download the app.

Access to Premium content from 13+ leading OTTs like JioHotstar, Sony Liv, Fancode, Manorama Max, KliKK, Chaupal etc are behind Paid Vi MTV Pro Subscription plan. For Vi postpaid users, Rs 199 will be added to their postpaid bill for Vi MTV Pro subscription plan post consent.

Ask the user to write to 'support@vimoviesandtv.in' along with the mobile number as YuppTV will find the reason with DXL/Liferay SPOC & revert to customer.

We provide free content access as well as paid content. If on clicking, you get a message to take a plan then that indicates that it is not free content, and you must pay to take that plan and then you can watch it as per the plan validity.

Just click on the link and it will redirect you to Play store or App store depending on your handset. You can download it from there.

This may indicate that network condition at that time is not strong. You may try resetting your mobile data or Wi-Fi and try after some time.

• Users who purchased Vi MTV Plus, then ViMTV Super (or) Vice Versa - Both the plans will run parallel. There will be no additive validity
