Vodafone India Limited (VIL) and Vodafone Mobile Services Limited (VMSL) stand amalgamated with Idea Cellular Limited (ICL) pursuant to a composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement approved by the Ahmedabad Bench and Mumbai Bench of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide their respective orders dated January 11, 2018 and December 21, 2017 (pronounced on January 19, 2018), and further Idea Cellular Limited has been renamed as ‘Vodafone Idea Limited’ with effect from August 31, 2018
