I want to activate Do not Disturb ( DND ) services.
With the Vi Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you can register for full or partial blocking of telemarketing calls/sms from registered telemarketers. You can register for the DND service via Vi App, Website, IVR or SMS.
Register via Vi App
1. Go to Help & Support
2. Search for DND in the list of FAQs and expand it
3. Click on the link to activate full/partial DND or block promotions
Register via website
1. Go to https://www.myvi.in/dnd
2. Enter your 10-digit Vi no. and click on ‘Send OTP’
You will receive an OTP (one time password) via SMS. Enter OTP and click on verify
3. Select the desired option to activate Full, Partial DND or Block promotions
Register via SMS
SMS "FULLY BLOCK" to 1909 (toll free)
Register via IVR
Call 1909 from your registered 10-digit Vi no. and follow the instructions
