Vi users can log in on 4 devices at any given time. However, the playback will depend on individual Content Partner rights.

Watching the same content on multiple devices on vi movies and tv app depends on the rules set by content partners. If you see concurrency / playback error, please stop playing on any of the devices. Except for Sony Liv, you should be able to play content from the same OTT partner on any 2 devices at the same time.

2. Vi Movies and TV Pro at Rs. 202 - User can watch 13+ OTTs on Mobile & TV for 1 month. These OTTs include Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLiv, Fancode and many more. User also gets 5GB additional data with this pack.
3. Vi Movies and TV Lite at Rs. 154 - User can watch 16 OTTs on Mobile for 1 month. These OTTs include ZEE5, SonyLiv, Fancode and many more. User also gets 2GB additional data with this pack.

Postpaid user:
1. Vi Movies and TV Plus at Rs. 248 per month - User can watch 17 OTTs on Mobile & TV. These OTTs include Disney+ Hotstar, ZEE5, SonyLiv, Fancode and many more. This pack will auto renew every month unless cancelled.
2. Vi Movies and TV Pro at Rs. 199 per month - User can watch 13+ OTTs on Mobile & TV. These OTTs include Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLiv, Fancode and many more. This pack will auto renew every month unless cancelled.

Content from few partners like Disney+ Hotstar, ZEE5 can be played only on their platform, hence you are redirected outside the app to land on their platform to be able to play content. Redirection happens once you have taken a valid subscription plan for the Content.

For watching Disney+ Hotstar & ZEE5 content, you will need to download their partner app separately from ViMTV app. For content from the remaining 14+ OTT apps, there is no need to download individual partner apps. You can watch all content on Vi Movies and TV app itself, if you have a valid subscription on your Vi number.

When you click on third party content on our app, you will be able to play most of the content directly without going to any third party apps. You don’t have to enter credentials anywhere thus making your journey seamless! However, for some select content partners like Disney+ Hotstar, you can also log in directly to their apps- after purchasing the ViMTV subscription. We would love for you to enjoy our service, but should you cancel the service there is no charge levied. You can call Vi customer care to cancel. You can continue enjoying the content that you paid for until the validity of the paid pack. If you are a Vi postpaid user and want to cancel the auto-renewal of your ViMTV subscription pack, you can also do it using the Vi app. Just head to the plans & benefits section, and deactivate this service in the Paid add-ons section.
