3. I recharged with an eligible denomination and activated JioHotstar, post my validity I recharged with a lesser denomination will I still get the offer?
Yes, JioHotstar Mobile subscription is for 1 year post successful recharge of the eligible denomination and the subscription will continue on any subsequent UL & non UL prepaid recharges.
4. How many devices customer can access the Subscription using one ID/Mobile number?
You can access only on 1 Mobile device
5. I have recharged with Rs.994 JioHotstar VIP bundle pack. How do I activate the JioHotstar VIP subscription now?

JioHotstar Mobile subscription offer is for one year which can be avail it only once on a Vi mobile number during the 1 year duration. For subsequent bundled pack recharges only the TELCO benefits will be passed. There will be no extension to the JioHotstar Mobile subscription.
9. I am an existing JioHotstar Mobile annual subscriber. will I get the offer if I recharge with the designated prepaid bundled recharge denominations for the first time?
For existing JioHotstar Mobile subscriber, recharging for first time on any of the 3 designated bundled recharge denominations - the JioHotstar Mobile subscription benefit will be reset to 1 year from the date of recharge.
10. I do not have a Vi connection. can I avail the offer?
