Follow these steps to convert your Prepaid SIM to Postpaid online

1. Go to the Vi App/website, and click on "Upgrade to Postpaid" 
2. Select a suitable postpaid plan and click on proceed
3. Fill in your contact details and address for free SIM home delivery
4. Select a fancy number of your choice or continue with the existing number
5. Get OTP to complete your order!
6. Call on 59059 to activate your new SIM

Alternatively, you can also visit your nearest Vi store to switch from a Prepaid to a Postpaid connection.
