Vi offers a simple SIM exchange option for users who want to change SIM card owner names. Visit your nearest Vi store with a valid proof of identity and fill in the SIM Exchange Form. 

Alternatively, to change SIM ownership, you can port to Vi from any other network via the Vi App or website. To port the number to Vi, go to the mobile number portability(MNP) page and enter the postpaid or prepaid mobile number and your area pin code. Generate a Unique porting code (UPC) to complete your porting process.
