Mobile Number Portability(MNP) is the facility that enables users to port from one network operator to another. However, once you have requested for MNP, you might want to reconsider your port-out request owing to certain factors.

Here is how to cancel a port request:

Users can cancel their port request within 24 hours of submitting the porting request. To cancel your port requests via the SMS:

1. Go to the text messaging app on your phone
2. Type "CANCEL" followed by a space and your 10-digit mobile number
3. Send the SMS to 1900
