What Changes for You?
A new look does not mean you need to change how you stay connected. Your Vi number, SIM or eSIM, plan and benefits continue exactly as they are today. No action is needed from your end.
Need a new SIM or eSIM?
Your current number continues to work as usual. If you want to switch to an eSIM or need a replacement SIM, you can simply request one through the Vi app or visit your nearest Vi store.
What about your plan or price? Nothing changes automatically. Your existing plan and price remain the same unless you choose to switch to another plan.
We are building towards a stronger network, smarter experiences and more rewarding ways to connect.
