Mr. Firos P. was always captivated by entrepreneurship and the thought of turning ideas into reality pushed him to start his own business. He launched Fasten Medical Pvt. Ltd. at the end of 2013, with the aim of providing high quality disposable and hygienic products to medical professionals. They now manufacture and market Disposable Surgical Gowns, Drapes, Face Masks, Bouffant Caps, PPE Kits and Surgical Kits worldwide.

In 2019, we reconstituted our partnership by inducting two new partners:

• Mr. Nisar MT, a business expert, whose knowledge and rich experience has helped us solve many business dilemmas with ease
• Mr. Vinod S, who heads the marketing team, a real pillar of strength for us, from its initial years till today

A major challenge we faced was finding the best way to market our products & services through online marketing and advertising. Even with a core marketing plan in place, we needed to seek out potential customers as well as be available for our customers ‘round the clock.
