PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE AVAILING THIS OFFER KNOWN AS “Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus”. BY AVAILING THE OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT AVAIL THE OFFER.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any Small office home office or small or medium enterprise registered within the jurisdiction of India who are being referred as an Eligible Customer in this GET MORE WITH LESS OFFER ON VI BUSINESS PLAN.
Terms and Conditions:
1. DEFINITIONS:
a. “Eligible Customer” shall mean an existing or new small and medium enterprise (“SME”) or small office home office (“SOHO”) customer of Vi Business who has subscribed for 10 or more COCP connections and each of these connections are on a Rs. 349/- Vi Business Plan & above (“Services”) from Vi Business portal (www.myvi.in) during the Offer Period;
b. An Eligible Customer must also satisfy the following criteria at the time of availing the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus as well as during Offer Period:–
i. Eligible Customer must have subscribed for the services during the Offer Period from the Vi Business portal.
ii. Eligible Customer must have completed prescribed registration process and should provide all necessary and accurate details while accessing the portal on www.myvi.in of Vi Business;
iii. Eligible Customer will only be eligible per month for (i) Unlimited Local, National and Domestic Roaming (LNR) alongwith 60GB Data and 3000 SMS; & (ii) Bundles in the 349 plan also includes SonyLiv, Hungama, Mobile Security, Location tracking, Google Workspace (GWS), ISD Rate Cutter.
iv. Eligible Customer must not have committed any default under the terms and conditions of the Customer Application Form (“CAF”) or have any overdue invoices with Vi Business during their availing of services;
v. Eligible Customer must ensure that their registrations, approvals and permissions (necessary for running the enterprise business) are valid and subsisting during the subscription for the Services;
2. DETAILS OF OFFER:
Vi Business Plus is offering the Eligible Customer(s) a special rental plan @ Rs. 349 for (i) Unlimited LNR alongwith 60GB Data and 3000 SMS; & (ii) Bundles in the 349 plan also includes SonyLiv, Hungama, Mobile Security, Location tracking, Google Workspace (GWS), ISD Rate Cutter (“Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus”). This Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus is available only for SME & SOHO Customers who are Eligible Customers having subscribed for the Services during the Offer Period.
By availing this Offer, an Eligible Customer would be eligible to get an additional benefit of worth Rs. 5450 per month on accessing the below six (6) add-on services as is calculated basis cumulative price of:-
1) Google Workspace-Rs230 per user per month of Business Starter plan (https://workspace.google.com/intl/en_in/pricing.html);
2) Location Tracking-Rs. 150 per asset tracking for 30 days on a daily rental of Rs. 5, under Vi’s Location Tracking Solutions;
3) Mobile Security – Rs225 per device per year plan of Trend Micro™ Mobile Security for Android™ which comes to Rs19 per month (https://www.trendmicro.com/en_in/forHome/products/mobile-security.html)

3. Special Conditions:
- Termination – Eligible Customer understands and agrees that in case of early termination of Services i.e. prior to the tenure agreed in the CAF; then Vi Business shall be entitled to for (i) Unlimited LNR alongwith 60GB Data and 3000 SMS; & (ii) Bundles in the 349 plan also includes SonyLiv, Hungama, Mobile Security, Location tracking, Google Workspace (GWS), ISD Rate Cutter under the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus, in case there is a premature termination of Services by the Eligible Customer and if applicable, an exit charge penalty as may be agreed between Parties.
- Range of Offer- It is clarified herein that for this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus the Eligible Customer need to be atleast on 10 mobility connections of Vi Business Plan of monthly rental Rs. 349 with one (1) year contract.
4. Exclusions:
A. Customers not falling within the ambit of a Small or Medium & SOHO Enterprise as identified by Vi Business; and
B. Customer has not ordered mobility connection of Rs. 349 specified under herein above; and
C. Customer has not ordered for the minimum quantity of 10 COCP mobility connections from the designated Vi Business Plus Plan
C. Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus[DC(VI2].
5. CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF OFFER:
Vi Business reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue or prematurely withdraw the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Eligible Customers availing this Offer. Vi Business reserve the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify any Eligible Customer who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions of the Offer.
6. Modification:
Vi Business reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any part thereof at any time during the Offer Period and without prior notice to You, if so required in view of business exigencies and/or guidelines issued / amended by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Eligible Customer availing this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus. If Vi Business modify these Terms, the modified terms will be posted on www.myvi.in, You are therefore advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions and in the event the modified or amended Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to You, You should discontinue participating in the Offer. Your continued participation in the Offer will constitute Your acceptance of the latest revised Terms and Conditions.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES:
You agree that this Offer is being made purely on a “commercially reasonable endeavour” basis and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus is voluntary and You expressly agree to avail the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus at your sole risk. Vi Business shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability to any Eligible Customer arising due to participation in the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus.
8. Vi Business makes no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, meeting of Your requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security of the Services and/or any delay or failure to avail the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus including due to technical snags. To the extent you choose to avail this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus you do so at your own initiative and You shall remain responsible for compliance with the Terms and Conditions herein any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws. You agree not to hold Vi Business, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents or representatives liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the Eligible Customer or any participant or third party, in connection with the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus or arising otherwise. Vi Business reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the offer at any time without notice. In no event will Vi Business be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to the offer. Vi Business may also impose limits on the use of or access to the offer, in any case and without notice or liability. Under this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus, Vi Business’s responsibility shall only be limited in providing Telecom Service on Vi Business’s network for Eligible Customer availing this offer. You expressly agree to avail the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus at your sole risk. Vi Business are not liable for any loss, direct or indirect or consequential or of any damage of any nature whatsoever if incurred by the Eligible Customer in connection with the Services.
9. INDEMNITY:
Eligible Customer(s) agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vi Business, its directors, officers, employees, agents and/or its affiliates from any loss, claim or damages including reasonable attorney’s fees that may occur to Vi Business or its affiliates due to (a) breach by You of any the terms and conditions mentioned herein, (b) Your failure to comply with applicable law and (c) any third party claim in respect of misuse of any information of a third party.
10. ASSIGNMENT:
Vi Business may assign any or all of their rights under these Terms and Conditions to their affiliates or to any third parties without consent of the Eligible Customer.
11. SEVERABILITY:
If any part of these terms and conditions of use are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms and conditions are fully enforceable and legally binding.
12. WAIVER:
Failure by Vi Business to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of that Term and Condition and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
13. DISPUTES RESOLUTION:
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or any matter arising here from will be referred to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Vi Business, whose decision shall be final and binding on You. The place of Arbitration shall be at Mumbai and the language of Arbitration shall be English.
14. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER QUERIES:
Any questions or concerns about these terms and conditions of this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus may be brought to the attention of Vi Business by e-mail / visiting website page. Any questions or concerns should be brought to our attention via e-mail by visiting our contact us page, providing us with information relating to Eligible Customer(s) feedback, comments and / or service related issue, if any. The Eligible Customer(s) agree that Vi Business do not make any commitment, express or implied to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the participating Eligible Customers.
15. You agree that you have read, understood and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions mentioned and stated under this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus herein.
16. You agree that Vi Business and their officials including their directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any Eligible Customer in respect of the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus.
17. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials or contents related to the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus shall remain, at all times, owned by Vi Business. Nothing in the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus shall affect any intellectual property rights of Vi Business or any of their affiliates in any manner.
18. You agree that apart from the benefits available under the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus, the respective Eligible Customer(s) will have no other rights or claims against Vi Business, unless otherwise expressly provided hereunder.
19. You hereby irrevocably authorize Vi Business, that the data related to the Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus gathered during and/or after the Offer Period in respect of the Eligible Customer shall be used by Vi Business and its subsidiaries in its communications including marketing promotions and advertisements along with/without Vi Business’s brand.
20. You agree that Vi Business has no responsibility and liability with regard to the privacy, safety and security of any information (including personal information) that You may have to share independently with any third party for availing this Get more with less Offer on Vi Business Plus.
