Click on Download icon to download content for Offline listening. It will automatically download the selected songs/music videos to the Download section. This section can be accessed from My Music > Download icon. .

• A Non-Pro user can download 10 songs/videos throughout the lifetime. If user has downgraded from Pro and has downloaded any songs before going non-pro, he/she will lose access to those saved songs.

• Post 6 months, if a Vi customer wishes to continue enjoying Hungama Pro, the following steps need to be followed:

1. Click on My Music  icon at bottom of the Music section on Hungama Music in Vi App
2. Then tap on your name on top left and click on Renew subscription.
3. You need to then select the plan & follow the steps.

• Post 6 months, if a Vi customer wishes to continue enjoying Hungama Pro, he/she can visit Music section on Hungama Music in Vi App to renew.

• Vi Prepaid subscribers can pay through Credit Card/ Net banking / Debit Card / UPI / Vi recharge packs with Hungama Pro benefits.

Open Vi App; go to Music > My music and click on your name on the top left for Pro center. It will have details & status of your PRO account.

To enjoy uninterrupted music & features ,auto-renewal functionality is available based on the payment options you have opted for.

However, you can turn it off by sending a message -(SMS) STOP to 155223 (toll free) 

You have access to unlimited offline play only while you are a PRO user. Please check your PRO status and renew it if it has expired. You will then be able to enjoy all your saved songs.

• Non Pro users can enjoy listening to songs with advertisement-supported streaming.
  
• Non pro users can avail only 10 downloads during their lifetime. If a user has  downgraded from Pro and has  downloaded any songs before going Non Pro, he/she will lose access to those downloaded songs.

• Download option would not be available for playlists, albums and podcasts.

Subscriber credentials on Vi app are used to auto login to the Hungama Music service.  We will not, under any circumstance, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law. 

Go to My Music > 'Playlist’ to access your playlists.

Click on the 3 dots next to the album/song and select ‘Add to Playlist’. You can either add a song on an existing playlist or create a new one.

Go to My Music-> Playlists. Tap on a playlist. And then click on the top right 3 dots and select edit, download, share or delete.

To add a song to an existing playlist, tap on the 3 dots next to the album/song and select Add to Playlist.

Go to My Music > Playlist. Click on the playlist you want to delete, click on three dots on top right and select delete. You will be prompted to confirm and after your consent, your playlist will be deleted. 

Go to My music and select Songs to view your favorite songs

To change the settings, go to your music section on Vi App > my Music > Settings wheel.

Tap on the 3 dots next to any song/video/album you wish to share & select 'Share'.

Go to MyMusic to find all the information related to your profile.

You can stream content on Hungama Music in Hindi, English, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam.

You can change the language from the top of the page on the App when you are browsing Music, Video or Radio section. Click on My Music > Settings wheel >Music language and you can select / unselect 3 languages. Click on the save button and your language preferences will be saved.

You can select upto 3 content languages.

Radio feature involves streaming radio channels without any interruption of RJs . You can stream curated playlists as per genres and artists non-stop. 

In the radio feature, you can stream playlists as per genres and artists non-stop and since it is pre-curated, you will not be able to repeat the songs.

Unfortunately, currently there is no option to save playlists being played on the Radio function. 

Unfortunately, currently there is no provision to download songs from the Radio function directly.
