• Their existing infrastructure used internet bandwidth links with 3x burstable access capacity, deployed in multiple locations across India • These links were provided by multiple service providers and had varied invoice generation and decentralised billing models for each location • The main challenge was optimising the utilisation of internet bandwidth spread across multiple towers, resulting in operational issues • They also faced billing issues due to multiple invoice clearances and had less commercial benefit
Our Solution
• We created a bespoke solution, designed to help them manage and distribute internet capacity between their locations, without any service provider’s intervention • An aggregated pool internet bandwidth was configured at the Internet Aggregation Gateway (IAG) with a burstability option of 2X access bandwidth • All internet links were mapped to the IAG and they could utilise the bandwidth at its site and during business demand, since burstability would meet the demand

With this, the company was able to consolidate their complex network and seamlessly connect 34 offices across India
